Tickets for events in all venues may be purchased in the following ways:

Our Box office is cashless, so Tickets for all events may be purchased with Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A $2.25 service charge per ticket (HST included) is applied to phone and Internet orders.

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Box Office Location

Accolade Box Office

The Accolade Box Office is located in the CIBC Lobby of the Accolade East Building. Tickets for all events taking place in AMPD facilities can be purchased in advance at this location.

On the day of performance, the Accolade Box Office provides ticketing services for events in the Sandra Faire and Ivan Fecan Theatre and the Tribute Communities Recital Hall in Accolade East.

Joseph G. Green Studio Box Office

The Joseph G. Green Studio Box Office is located in the main lobby of the Centre for Film and Theatre. Tickets for all events taking place in AMPD facilities can be purchased in advance at this location.

On the day of performance, the Joseph G. Green Studio Box Office provides ticketing services only for events in the Joseph G. Green Studio Theatre.

General Information

We ask that patrons be considerate of fellow audience members, and turn off all cell phones, pagers, iPads, and other electronic devices for the duration of the show. We also ask that you be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies to perfumed fragrances.

Specific rules and regulations regarding photography and recording of a performance depends on the organizer of the event and will be communicated to the audience on event day.

With the exception of water, all food or drink is prohibited in the House and on the stage. Food and drinks must remain in the lobby. This includes coffee and tea.

Infrared headsets are available to patrons with hearing loss from the Front of House Staff for events taking place in any of our Performance Facilities. You may be asked to leave ID with the House Captain until the headset is returned.
